Who Are We?
Deidre’s Petopia is not your average pet sitter. With over 15 years of experience, we continue to love your fur baby as if they were our own.
Our love for animals growing up translated into watching the fur babies of friends and family. We began watching friends’ fur babies in 2010 at our parents’ house, and transitioned to watching fur babies in their own homes in 2011.
Over the years we have established lasting relationships between fur babies and their parents. Often becoming a favorite spare among the family. We have seen new additions come and senior members leave. We enjoy seeing all the new milestones.

What’s The Big Idea?
Your fur baby gets the benefit of being in their own place!
Lots of cuddles and play time will be in your baby’s future. Most places charge extra for enrichment, yet by hiring us, they get enrichment all within the comfort of your home.
We will also help take care of the things you may not realize you need:
Bring in the mail
Take out the trash
Water the plants
etc.
We will treat your home and your fur baby as if they were our own.
Since your fur baby has the benefit of staying within your home, the prices at Deidre’s Petopia are reflective of that fact.
The prices were chosen to help you, the fur parent. Since we will be staying at your place and using your utilities, the prices only reflect the cost of gas, food, and business upkeep.
Timeline
2010: Watched first fur baby for a family friend at parents’ home
2011: Had 2-3 regular clients and moved to watching in clients’ homes
2013: More clients and would watch the pets of college friends who traveled over holiday breaks
2015-2022: Business grew and had a consistent clientele base of 10
2023-2026: Business Hiatus (moved to Los Angeles) with the occasional pet sitting gig when visiting the Midwest.

2026: Registered with MO Secretary of State under the name Deidre’s Petopia, LLC
