Cancelation Policy
FEE: One (1) Night’s Rate
During Peak Hours, a cancelation fee will be billed to you if cancelation happens under a week’s notice.
Most local places require 48 hour notice for cancelations, and we would like to give another client time to schedule our services should they have other accommodations, and desire to utilize us.
Exceptions: Family Emergencies; Act of Nature; etc.
Additional Pet
If you have more than one pet to watch, there will be a small fee added per night per additional pet. See services for pricing.
The exception to this policy is if you have a flock of fowl. Regular pricing for a flock of fowl.
Payment Policy
Some type of payment must be given - either the full payment or half payment - on Day 1 of our stay.
If we are doing a check in, then we will collect payment after checking in.
Refund Policy
If you decide to choose Option 1, and you cut your trip short we will refund you the remaining days.
Since we will already be taking care of your fur baby, the cancelation fee will not apply during peak hours.
Medication
No additional fee for giving meds to your fur baby.
